Anne Carson

Anne Carson is an accomplished communication professional with extensive experience in copy management and creative direction. Currently serving as the Director of Copy at EAB since January 2013, Anne oversees a team of 25-28 writers and advises on copy strategy for marketing programs targeting client colleges and universities. Prior to EAB, Anne held various roles at Capital One, including Creative Director and Senior Copywriter, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams, developing marketing strategies, and managing projects. Additionally, Anne has a rich background in freelance writing, teaching, and editing, with previous positions at institutions like the University of Richmond and Virginia Commonwealth University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity from Chicago Theological Seminary and a Master’s degree in Literature from Virginia Commonwealth University. Anne is also certified as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.
