Prior to EAB, Calla held multiple roles at The Advisory Board Company, contributing to technical support and business development efforts that led to significant financial growth. Calla's career began at Rent Rite as an Associate Sales Manager, where relationship-building and problem-solving skills were essential in event management. Calla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Saginaw Valley State University, complemented by various educational experiences including studies at Central Michigan University and the American Business School of Paris.
