Devon Cushman

Devon Cushman is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel for Legal & Business Affairs at EAB since February 2022. As the Founder and Owner of Dutch Door since April 2020, Devon combines entrepreneurial skills with legal expertise. Devon has held a position as Rector on the Board of Visitors at the University of Mary Washington since June 2017. Prior roles include Director and Assistant General Counsel at Capital One from November 2012 to June 2019, and Litigation Attorney at Hirschler Fleischer from August 2005 to October 2012. Additionally, Devon served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Richmond School of Law from January 2011 to May 2012 and worked as a Litigation Attorney at McCandlish Holton from March 2003 to August 2005. Devon earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington.
