Ed Venit

Ed Venit, Ph.D., serves as the Managing Director at EAB since October 2017, where responsibilities include representing the company as a thought leader in higher education, conducting research on student success, and developing strategies that promote equitable outcomes and institutional sustainability. With a track record of driving significant revenue growth and cultivating a large client base, Ed has also played a key role in the development and deployment of the Navigate technology, enhancing college graduation rates significantly. Prior experience includes a decade at The Advisory Board Company, where Ed held various leadership roles contributing to EAB's national recognition and pioneering student success research. Earlier career experience includes work as an Admissions Officer at Duke University. Ed holds a Ph.D. in Evolutionary Biology and a BS in Biology from Duke University.
