Heather Darrow

Heather Darrow is a strategic leader and Pool Director in Technology Partner Success at EAB, Inc., where responsibilities include enhancing communication and problem-solving skills among partner-facing employees. Previous experience includes roles as a Higher Education Consultant at Hobsons and SUNY Broome Community College, along with positions as a Staff Associate for Student Retention & Success, Adjunct Faculty, and Early Alert Program Coordinator. Additional experience encompasses designing and implementing training programs at Hobsons and providing academic support at Corning Community College as an Academic Success Advisor and Learning Specialist. Heather holds a Master of Education in Corporate and Community Education and a Bachelor of Science in Childhood Education from Elmira College, as well as an Associate of Science from Corning Community College.
