Kat Szeluga

Kat Szeluga is an experienced professional currently serving as a Partner Development Representative Manager at EAB since September 2021, after progressing through roles as Senior Partner Development Representative and Partner Development Representative at the same company. Prior to joining EAB, Kat held positions including Jepson Corps at the University of Richmond's Jepson School of Leadership Studies and Class of 2021 Senator with the Westhampton College Government Association. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy Field Director for Friends of Tom Barbour and various roles at the University of Richmond, including Communications Intern for the University Museums and Museum Attendant. Kat also completed a Research Intern role with the Virginia Holistic Justice Initiative and acted as Panhellenic Delegate for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity. Kat holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond and attended the University of Cambridge for additional academic enrichment.
