Maya Graham

Maya Graham is an accomplished strategic leader with extensive experience in higher education research and alumni engagement. Currently serving as the Strategic Leader for Research Partner Success at EAB, Maya manages over $1 million in renewable contracts for more than 70 university partnerships worldwide, focusing on areas such as facilities, sustainability, and academic affairs. Prior to this role, Maya held various positions at American University, where responsibilities included program development and volunteer management for multicultural alumni engagement, as well as overseeing budgets and team building initiatives. Maya's earlier experience includes positions at the University of Maryland, Georgetown University, and AmeriCorps VISTA, emphasizing event logistics, student mentorship, and community engagement. Maya holds a Master of Education in Student Affairs from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, complemented by a minor in Political Science.
