McCormick Sinclair

McCormick (Mac) Sinclair is an experienced professional in educational research and advisory services, currently serving as Associate Director of Research Advisory Services at EAB since December 2021, where strategic advisory support is provided to C-suite leaders from over 160 higher education institutions internationally. Prior roles include Senior Analyst and Research Analyst at The Educators' Cooperative, leading qualitative research initiatives and program evaluations, as well as contributing to the Tennessee Department of Education's TN Pathways initiative as an intern. With a background in outdoor education and leadership roles during academic studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, McCormick has developed strong skills in event planning, group facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy from Vanderbilt Peabody College and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
