Reed Batesko

Reed Batesko is currently the Director of Marketing Strategic Initiatives at EAB & Seramount, where they oversee inbound marketing channels and lead various initiatives related to engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Reed served as Associate Director at EAB, providing strategic support and managing teams while developing a comprehensive professional development framework for marketing staff. They have also held positions at EAB as a Sales and Marketing Manager and Senior Sales and Marketing Associate, along with earlier roles as a research intern and various leadership positions during their education at the University of Richmond, where they earned a Bachelor's degree with honors. Reed holds a Mini MBA Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and has been actively involved in supporting talent diversity initiatives through their work with Hue.
