Will Heath

Will Heath is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in the education and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Science at EAB since December 2016, Will leads a team focused on developing AI and machine-learning powered products aimed at enhancing marketing and enrollment solutions for educators. Previously, Will held roles including Principal Data Scientist, where the technology for high-affinity marketing services was developed, and Senior Data Scientist, responsible for creating an analytical product to identify at-risk first-year students. Prior to EAB, Will worked at The Advisory Board Company, developing market analysis reports for hospitals, and at GEICO, where a significant contribution to decision sciences was made through statistical modeling and data integration. Academic qualifications include a B.S. in Psychology from The University of Georgia and an M.S. in Experimental Psychology from Georgia Southern University.
