Sara Imhof is a Care Manager at Sun River Health, where Sara helps incarcerated individuals overcome barriers during the transitional period. Previously, Sara worked as a Transitional Case Manager at EAC Network, assisting individuals re-entering society. Sara also has experience as a Medical Receptionist at Compcare Occupational Medicine & Urgent Care and as a Patient Services Coordinator at Mayo Clinic. Sara holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Northern Arizona University and a Medical Assistant certification from Joseph M. Barry Career & Technical Education Center.
