Chad Millard

Chad Millard currently serves as an HR Business Partner at EACH, beginning in November 2023. Previously, Chad held the position of People Support Business Partner at Melbourne Sports Centres from July to November 2023. Chad has extensive experience in various roles at recoveriescorp between June 2020 and July 2023, including Group Manager - People & Performance, Senior People and Performance Consultant, and roles in acting capacities. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Officer position at Brave Energy Systems and various HR advisory roles at Staff Australia from March 2016 to December 2019. Chad holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology (2011-2014), as well as a Diploma of Business Administration and a Certificate IV in Business Administration, both obtained in 2011.
