Clare Murphy

Clare Murphy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Organisational Enablement at EACH since September 2018, Clare has also held significant roles such as Human Resources Director. Prior to this, Clare was a Vice President at the Australian HR Institute, where responsibilities included mentoring and council leadership. Clare's notable achievements include leadership roles at St Michael's Grammar School, where Clare won multiple awards, including the AHRI Dave Ulrich HR Leader Award in 2016. Clare’s educational background includes advanced degrees in Human Resource Management and an ongoing MBA, complemented by specialized training in mental health and finance.
