Dean McCaughan

Dean McCaughan is currently the National Program Stream Manager for Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Support Services at EACH, overseeing youth mental health services throughout Australia. Prior to this, they held significant roles at Alfred Health and managed various mental health programs at headspace, including headspace Services Manager for multiple regions. Dean's career in mental health includes leadership positions such as Team Leader for early intervention services and clinical governance across diverse settings. They completed an Interprofessional Leadership Course at Harvard University and are currently pursuing postgraduate degrees in Mental Health Nursing and Advanced Clinical Nursing at Deakin University and the University of Melbourne, respectively.
