Laura Allan

Laura Allan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Operations at EACH since January 2024. Prior to this role, Laura was the Head of Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility at Findex from January 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included developing talent acquisition strategies and enhancing recruitment processes. Laura holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Monash University and two Bachelor's degrees in Information Systems from the University of Melbourne.
