Merin O’Gorman

Merin O’Gorman is currently a Regional Lead at EACH, where they utilize over 17 years of experience in the Community Sector to oversee early intervention and support services for vulnerable children, young people, and their families. Previously, they held various roles, including Program Manager and Program Coordinator for Family Support Programs at Capital Region Community Services, as well as a Case Support Worker at Anglicare NT. Merin earned a Bachelor's degree in Family and Community Services from the University of Canberra and a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Wisdom Learning. Known for their strong interpersonal skills and a strengths-based approach, they are dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering a sense of belonging in the community.
