Peter Welling

Peter Welling is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including health services, government, and transportation. Currently serving as Board Director at EACH, Welling oversees operations for a major for-purpose organization focused on improving community health and support, managing a substantial turnover and a large workforce. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer at Serco, Welling led a significant turnaround and strategic reorientation of the company as a specialist in technology-enabled government services across the Asia-Pacific region. Welling's career also includes high-level positions at VicRoads, SA Government, and local councils, where a strong emphasis has been placed on technology modernization, customer-centric business models, and process improvements.
