Stephen Clavan

Stephen Clavan has extensive experience in economics and public policy, having worked in various roles across government and consulting. Clavan served as a Grants Writer at Stephen Clavan Consulting from July 2020 to July 2022, following a position as an Economist and Policy Analyst at the Victorian Government Department of Treasury and Finance from February 2000 to October 2004. Clavan's career began as a Graduate Recruit within the Victorian Public Service from January 1999 to February 2000 and included tutoring at the University of Melbourne in 1998. Additional experience includes working as an Economist for the Australian Government Department of Finance from October 2004 to October 2006 and as a Mental Health Peer Support Worker and Consumer Consultant at EACH from September 2022 to June 2019. Clavan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Monash University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics from the University of Melbourne.
