Zoe Williams

Zoe Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service design and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Service Design Manager and National Practice Lead for Primary Care at EACH since January 2021, Zoe also acts as the Strategic Lead for the Deafness Foundation, supporting strategic planning and experience redesign on a volunteer basis. Prior roles include service design projects for various organizations, focusing on customer engagement and brand strategy, along with a long tenure at Australian Hearing where Zoe advanced from Clinical Audiologist to Manager, overseeing clinical teams and enhancing patient experiences. Zoe holds an MBA in Leadership and Innovation from Ducere Global Business School and a Master's degree in Audiology from The University of Queensland, complemented by a Bachelor's in Nursing Science from James Cook University.
