Quan T. has been in the financial technology industry for over 7 years. Quan began their career as Co-Founder at EAERA Ltd in 2015, where they worked on developing financial trading solutions, including CRM and Risk Management tools. In 2017, they moved to VOTA Capital as Partner. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at NOZAX.

Quan T. obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Management from ESCP Business School between 2018 and 2019. In addition, they obtained a Financial Services Legal Framework - Advanced certification from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in May 2015 and an Investment Advisor certification from the Capital Market Authority of Montenegro in 2019.
