Yimeng Chen

Yimeng Chen is a Senior Principal Scientist for APT at Eurofins | EAG Laboratories, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they worked as an APT Application Scientist at CAMECA from 2014 to 2024, and were a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Michigan from 2011 to 2014, focusing on structure characterization of thermal barrier coatings and irradiation-induced structural transformations. Yimeng received a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Tsukuba in 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science from the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2006.
