Gresham Schlect

Gresham Schlect is the CTO of Lightcast, a PE-backed data and software company based in Moscow, ID, where they utilize data to enhance labor market opportunities for clients including higher education institutions, governments, and Fortune 1000 companies. Gresham began their career as a software developer and has held various leadership roles, including Lead Software Engineer and EVP of Application Development at Lightcast. They have also served as a Board Member at Koble since 2018 and as a member of the Idaho Technology Council's Board of Trustees since 2025. Gresham holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Idaho and lives in Idaho with their spouse and six children.
