Senior Land Planner at Eagle Construction of VA

Greg Garrison, AICP, currently serves as Senior Land Planner at Eagle Construction of Virginia, where responsibilities include reviewing subdivision plans for compliance with planning principles, land use practices, and subdivision regulations, as well as utilizing ArcGIS for site analysis. Previously, Greg worked as Principal Planner for Goochland County, where planning efforts were focused on community development and land use. Early in the career, Greg held the position of Project Planner at Timmons Group, conducting research on zoning ordinances and performing geospatial analysis, and served as Watershed Restoration Specialist at James River Association, coordinating efforts to restore riparian ecosystems. Greg holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Oklahoma State University.
