Sean Ward

Sean Ward has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Sean started their career at Moulding and Millwork in 1995 as a Production Supervisor, where they managed a team of 60 employees and oversaw production scheduling and lumber layout for a large facility. In 2005, they joined Eagle Construction of Virginia as a Project Manager, a position they held until 2018. During this time, they gained extensive experience in residential construction. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Residential Construction at the same company, where they played a strategic role in managing and overseeing residential construction projects. Most recently, Sean joined Eagle Construction of VA in 2022 as the Head of Production, taking on a leadership role in the company.

Sean Ward attended Longwood University from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Interior Architecture.
