Bryan Steedman

Bryan Steedman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer care and IT operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Care and Head of Customer Care at Eagle Eye since June 2017, Bryan previously held the position of IT Operations Manager at Speedy Services and Professional Services Manager at VisionID. With a solid foundation in IT infrastructure management, project management, and service department leadership, Bryan has successfully implemented policies, managed service delivery, and executed large-scale IT projects throughout a career that began in desktop services management at GAM. Additionally, Bryan has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Claddagh Computing and doodlechalk, underscoring a diverse skill set in business and technology. Bryan earned a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
