Thomas Sant, PMP has over 20 years of experience in project management and delivery. Thomas has held various roles in different companies, including being the Head of Delivery for North America at Eagle Eye since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Program Director at Eagle Eye from 2018 to 2022. From 2016 to 2018, Thomas served as a Program Manager at Finastra. Thomas gained extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager at Navantis from 2011 to 2016, successfully leading multiple concurrent projects and building strong client relationships. Before that, they were a Project Manager and Manager of Paid Search at TechWyse from 2008 to 2011, where they managed custom development and internet marketing projects. Thomas also had experience as a Project Manager at Asset Inc from 2005 to 2008 and as a Developer at Nightingale from 2004 to 2005. Thomas started their career as a Freelance Developer and Consultant from 2002 to 2004. Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated their ability to manage projects, teams, and budgets, successfully delivering results for organizations in various sectors.

Thomas Sant, PMP, has a diverse education history. In 2000, they began their academic journey at Humber College, where they pursued a Diploma in Multimedia Design and Production Technician. Thomas successfully completed this program in 2002. Following this, in the same year, Thomas enrolled in Humber College once again, now pursuing a Post Grad degree in Internet Management, which they completed in 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Thomas has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they achieved in December 2015. Thomas also holds the Google AdWords Individual Qualification, earned in 2009, and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification, obtained in 2008. Furthermore, they have completed the Responsible Server Training Program from Smart Serve Ontario.

Most recently, in December 2020, Thomas obtained the certification for the Google Cloud DevOps and SREs (GCP DevOps Engineer Track Part 2) from Linux Academy. These certifications and qualifications demonstrate Thomas's commitment to staying up-to-date with industry standards and their dedication to professional development.
