Stephen Teske

Stephen Teske, PhD, is an organizational strategy and people operations leader with expertise in enterprise learning, transformation, and performance architecture. They have experience delivering undergraduate courses at Ohio University and the University of California, Riverside, while also serving as an engagement manager at Eagle Hill Consulting, where they enhanced employee engagement and led human capital strategies for large organizations. At EAB, they conducted research for over 70 universities, advising on transformative institutional practices. With a PhD in History from the University of California, Riverside, Stephen specializes in building frameworks and people-centered systems that drive sustainable change across various sectors.
