We’re a second-generation local Alberta family business supplying prairie-hardy plants from our farm near Strathmore, Alberta. Since our roots in 1970, we’ve grown into one of Western Canada’s largest suppliers to commercial and residential landscapers, garden centers, landscape architects and municipalities.

Our Vision is The Nursery for Life, and our Mission is Growing People that Grow Plants. The legacy built by founder, Tony Heuver, has evolved into a successful business now led by his daughter, Anita Heuver, who continues to build a company that grows more than just plants.

Our wholesale nursery today encompasses over 1000 acres under production and includes field dug caliper trees, container grown shrubs, evergreens and trees, and hundreds of varieties of perennials – the best selection of healthy plants and trees hardy enough for Southern Alberta’s climate.

We grow the majority of plant material we sell. This enables us to ensure all pruning, plant health, and Integrated Pest Management is supervised by horticultural professionals. We are one of the first nurseries in Canada to earn a Clean Plants Certification under the careful watch of the Canadian Nursery and Landscape Association (CNLA) – producing plants that meet high phytosanitary standards and ensuring that plants are completely free of all regulated pests and substantially free from all other insects and diseases.
