John Foley

John Foley has over 30 years of experience in human resources, starting in 1989 with Dallas Semiconductor as the Director of Human Resources. John later worked at Maxim Integrated Products, where they held various roles, including Director of Human Resources and Executive Director of Human Resources. During their time at Maxim, they had global responsibilities for over 9,000 employees across multiple countries. In 2010, they joined Austin Industries as the Vice President of People, overseeing a diversified construction company with a $2 billion annual sales and 7,000 employee-owners. From 2016 to 2021, Foley worked at Builders FirstSource as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they were responsible for a wide range of HR functions and had extensive interaction with the Board of Directors.
