Tim Mason

Tim Mason is the current CEO at Eagle Mountain Mining. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager Projects and Innovation at Panoramic Resources Limited from November 2015 to January 2020, and as the General Manager at Panoramic Resources from January 2010 to November 2015. Tim has over 10 years of experience in mining, and started their career as a Mining Engineer at Panoramic Resouces from January 2008 to December 2010. Tim is responsible for driving a program of improving efficiencies and cost reduction across the operation at Lanfranchi, which focused on 'doing more with less' by engaging and empowering staff in decision making processes, setting clear roles and accountabilities aligned to the business value drivers, and identifying key value drivers in the business. Through improved planning and focusing on cultural engagement, Lanfranchi achieved four consecutive quarters of record Nickel production and record low cash costs, since Panoramic commenced operations in 2004.

Tim Mason has completed the GAICD - Company Directors Course and the Foundations of Directorship from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Tim has also completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Murdoch University and their Bachelor of Engineering (geological) from RMIT University.
