Andy Small

Andy Small is a Principal Program Analyst for HOSTAC/MTACCOPS Programs, currently working at Eagle Systems since December 2019. Andy previously held the same position at SAIC from January 2011 to December 2019. Andy holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture from the United States Naval Academy.
