With a background in law, Jay started their career as an Associate Attorney at Law Offices of Marvin Mandel, P.C. before advancing to the position of CEO at Eagle Title, LLC. Jay holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a BS in Economics from the University of Maryland.
