We are a venture investment platform helping impact investors align profit and purpose by backing technology companies whose core business models drive measurable human flourishing.

We call this approach Direct Impact - when a company’s core offering, the very thing it is paid for, is what produces the impact. No tradeoff. No tension. Just aligned incentives.

We focus primarily on B2B technology, where AI, data, and emerging platforms are reshaping industries and creating scalable solutions to some of the world’s most complex human challenges - from exploitation and systemic risk to safety, dignity, and accountability.

To date, we’ve partnered with hundreds of impact-aligned investors and entrepreneurs building companies designed to make exploitation unprofitable and human flourishing inevitable.

If you’re an accredited investor seeking returns without compromising values, we help you navigate the complexity and partner with bold founders building the future.
