John Merrill

John Merrill is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability engineering and technical training. Currently serving as a Manager of Reliability Engineering at EagleBurgmann since 2007, John has overseen diverse responsibilities including failure analysis, application engineering, and employee mentoring. John is also an active member of various organizations, including the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers, the American Petroleum Institute, and ASM International. Previous roles include Technical Service Manager at Flowserve and Senior Engineer at Folsom Associates, where John led teams and managed technical solutions in rotating equipment. John holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tulsa, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University, and a Doctor of Law degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law.
