Lindsey Eagan

Lindsey Eagan, CPTM, is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Eagleview since October 2025, focusing on talent identification, attraction, and growth to enhance organizational success. With a diverse background in training and development, Lindsey has held multiple roles at EagleView, including Senior Manager of Training & Development and Government Technical Trainer, where responsibilities included managing training strategies and government client relationships. Prior experience includes positions as a Business Education Teacher and Graduate Assistant in Research Analysis at Nazareth College. Lindsey also contributed to the Rochester Chapter Association For Talent Development as VP of Marketing, where efforts involved designing marketing plans and enhancing communication strategies. Lindsey holds a Master of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing Education, both from Nazareth College.
