Lori Dugas

Lori Dugas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success within the insurance industry. As the Director of Account Management at Eagleview since December 2025, Lori leads key initiatives in client relations. Previously, at Plnar, Lori held the roles of Vice President of Customer Success and Head of Insurance Sales and Director of Customer Success from July 2020 to December 2025. Lori's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior National Account Manager and National Account Manager at Enservio from June 2017 to July 2020, as well as holding various positions at NEFCO Fire Investigations and Enservio, where a focus was placed on developing business with property and casualty insurance carriers. Lori holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Elementary Education and Teaching and Psychology from Bridgewater State University, awarded between 1995 and 2000.
