Katherine Fleming

Katherine Fleming is the Chief Portfolio Officer at EAH Housing, where they manage a team overseeing asset management, resident services, and affordable housing compliance. With a career starting in the affordable housing industry in 1998, Katherine has developed expertise across all stages of the housing lifecycle, from project development to operations. They have held significant roles, including Senior Vice President at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, where they led asset management strategies and DEI initiatives. A Certified Housing Asset Manager and Certified Non-profit Housing Management Specialist, Katherine is also an instructor for NeighborWorks America, teaching asset management financial analysis courses.
