Lissa de Leon

Lissa de Leon, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Lissa serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at EAH Housing, previously holding positions as HR Director and HR Manager focused on Employee Relations and Organization Development. Prior to EAH Housing, Lissa worked at ABS-CBN International as an HR Manager and Legal Administrator, specializing in Employee Relations. Additionally, Lissa began a legal career as an Attorney at Quisumbing Torres, a Baker McKenzie Affiliate. Lissa holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University.
