Catherine Stratton

Catherine Stratton is a seasoned professional with experience in talent innovation, employment services, and education. Currently serving as a Talent Innovator at EAi Technologies since April 2022, Catherine previously worked as an Employment Specialist III at Didlake and as a Substitute Teacher for Loudoun County Public Schools from December 2016 to March 2022. Additionally, Catherine held the role of Developmental Disability Specialist for Fairfax County Government and completed a project internship at Northern Virginia Family Service, where responsibilities included planning summer camp activities for children at a shelter. Catherine's early experience includes a brief role as a social media journalist for USA TODAY during the Vice Presidential Debate in October 2016. Catherine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Longwood University in 2019.
