Matthew Eames

Matthew Eames serves as the Group CEO of Eames Group, a title held since September 2002, leading a unified mission to create opportunities across Eames Consulting, Eames Partnership, and ECMS. As the Founder of Eames Partnership since January 2016, Eames focuses on executive search for the global (re)insurance industry. In May 2018, Eames founded ECMS, a consultancy specializing in business and technology transformation in the insurance and financial sectors. Eames also plays a significant role as an investor and board member in various organizations, including Fennech Financial Ltd and Brightsparks Recruitment Ltd. Previous experience includes working as an Executive Consultant at PSD Group and an Underwriter at Brit Insurance. Eames holds a degree in Financial Services, Economics, Quants, Law, and Statistics from the University of the West of England.
