Daniel Kinon has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2021. Daniel started their career as a Linux Systems Administrator at Sonic.net, where they managed over 100 servers and implemented automation and standardization processes. Daniel then moved on to Apollo Group, Inc., where they served as a Systems Administrator, handling the administration of 200+ Linux/Unix servers and various software installations.

In 2008, they joined Choice Hotels International as a Senior Systems Administrator, leading technical and project teams and successfully completing projects within the specified timelines. Daniel also worked with an Agile/Scrum consultant to streamline joint admin-developer projects.

Daniel Kinon then joined Red Hat as a Sr. Technical Account Manager in 2012, where they directed technical support efforts for strategic customers and collaborated with customer architects to design next-generation infrastructure. Daniel also developed a training program to optimize bug and feature request handling.

Starting from 2013, Daniel Kinon worked at MarketLive as a DevOps Architect and later as the Director of DevOps. Daniel then transitioned to UserCare, which later became Agent.ai, as the Director of DevOps, responsible for managing infrastructure and overseeing operations.

In 2015, Daniel joined Manage.com as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where they designed and implemented infrastructure solutions and maintained high-performance systems. Daniel also contributed to the maintenance and support of Hadoop clusters.

Daniel continued their DevOps journey at Agent.ai in 2016, where they served as the Director of DevOps, playing a critical role in transitioning UserCare into Agent.ai.

Daniel Kinon founded Deliver Ops, LLC in 2018, an organization focused on providing delivery optimization services.

More recently, Daniel joined EAmmune as the Chief Morale Officer in 2021, contributing to enhancing employee well-being and satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Daniel Kinon has demonstrated expertise in infrastructure management, automation, security, and customer service software.

Daniel Kinon attended Sonoma State University from 2001 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
