Christoph Schmid has extensive experience in finance and controlling, having held managerial roles across various companies. From 2010 to 2015, they served as Plant Controller at Weidmann Plastics Technology Deutschland AG, followed by a position as Manager Finance & Controlling at WEIDPLAS North America LLC between 2015 and 2016. Christoph later became the Head of Finance and Controlling at WEIDPLAS GmbH from 2018 to 2022, and they held the role of Leiter Controlling at Entsorgung + Recycling Zürich in 2022. Currently, they work as Head of Finance & Controlling at EAO AG, with additional experience as Head of Controlling at Ferrum from 2023 to 2025 and as Director Finance & Controlling at SPIE ICS during 2016-2017. Christoph also earned an Eidg. dipl. in Rechnungslegung und Controlling from Controller Akademie, Zürich, between 2019 and 2021.
