Patrick Saxton

Patrick Saxton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, quality, and regulatory roles in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Program Management, Quality & Regulatory at Earlens Corporation since August 2015, Patrick has successfully led R&D and operations project planning for novel hearing aid devices. Prior to Earlens, Patrick held various positions at Abbott Vascular from August 2005 to August 2015, including Program Manager and R&D Group Leader, where responsibilities encompassed leading cross-functional teams in the development of catheter-based medical devices. Earlier in the career, Patrick served as a Physics Instructor at the U.S. Naval Academy and held the position of Submarine Officer in the US Navy. Academically, Patrick holds an MBA with a Finance concentration from Santa Clara University, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Marine Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
