Trupti Patil has a wealth of work experience in various roles. Trupti began their career in 2012 as a Research Trainee at CRI- ACTREC. In 2014, they became a Graduate Research Assistant at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, where they conducted practicals for undergraduate students and performed independent research on developing scaffold for Bone Tissue Engineering application. In 2015, they became an Assistant Teacher at Hon. Sharad Pawar Public School, where they assisted in updating lesson content and instruction methodology, and developed training modules and programs. In 2016, they became an Assistant Teacher at Mahesh Tutorials. In 2018, they became an Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator at Dr. Kadam Gurukul School, where they taught Biology to high school students, provided coaching for competitive exams, screened and selected faculty applications, and worked with parents, teachers, and counselors to address students' behavioral, academic, and other problems. In 2019, they became a Graduate Research Student at the University at Buffalo and a Research Intern at Pharmacyclics, an AbbVie Company. Finally, in 2020, they became an Associate Specialist (Molecular and Cell Biology Research) at the University of California, San Francisco. In 2021, they began their current role as an Associate Scientist- Protein engineering at Earli Inc., where they are developing a radically new technique originally from Stanford University.

Trupti Patil obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Biotechnology from Mahatma Gandhi Mission's college of engineering & technology between 2008 and 2012. Trupti then went on to earn a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Biotechnology from National Institute of Technology Rourkela between 2013 and 2015. Finally, they completed a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University at Buffalo in 2019.
