Russell Virgin

Russell Virgin is currently the Comprehensive Services Deputy Director at Mountainland Head Start, Inc. Previously, they served as the Family and Community Services Director at the same organization and held various roles, including Assistant Program Coordinator at Timpanogos Elementary School and Area Coordinator at CES Youth Programs/Brigham Young University. Russell has also worked in family engagement and advocacy roles and was a Site Coordinator for 4H Mentoring. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development at Brigham Young University, having earned a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from the same institution.
