Alan McHood

Alan McHood has a strong background in systems engineering, storage architecture, and administration. Alan began their career as a Field Engineer at Unisys in 2001 and then worked as a Systems Engineer - Storage & Backup at WSRC Washington Savannah River Company from 2006 to 2008. Alan then joined Orbital Sciences Corporation as a Sr. Storage Administrator from 2008 to 2013. Alan then moved to Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc., where they worked as a Systems Architect Storage & Backup from 2013 to 2014. Currently, Alan is employed at Early Warning as a Principal Systems Engineer, a role they have held since March 2022. Prior to this role, they also served as a Sr. Storage Architect at Early Warning from 2014 to 2022.

Alan McHood received a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix in 2006.
