Brian Randleman

Brian Randleman is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and configuration management database (CMDB) engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. CMDB Engineer at Early Warning® since September 2015, Brian has held various roles including CMDB Engineer, Team Lead for Technology Support, and Technology Support Technician. Prior to this, Brian worked at K3 Software Corp as a Rpower Point of Sale Dealer Service Tech and at Equinox Payments as a Service Desk Technician, where responsibilities included providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across multiple countries, managing hardware replacements, and contributing to domain migration projects. Brian is known for creating comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles, alongside implementing a "bring your own device" policy.
