Christopher Vejby is the Lead UX Researcher for Zelle, drawing on over seven years of experience in financial product and UX research. Previously, Christopher led product research and customer success initiatives at Attune Insights, where they built the customer success function and guided financial institutions in data-driven financial health strategies. Their background includes roles at Varo Bank and McKinsey & Company, where they demonstrated expertise in user research and stakeholder engagement. Christopher holds a Master of Sciences in Communication and Media Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a B.A. from Occidental College. Outside of work, Christopher has a passion for Argentine Tango, practicing for nearly 18 years.
