Cory Davis has had an extensive career in finance and business development. Cory started their career as an Analyst in Corporate Lending at Banc of America Securities in 2000. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as an Analyst in Investment Banking at the same company, working on various financial transactions and valuations. In 2003, they joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Senior Associate in Private Equity & Corporate Development, where they managed a portfolio of direct private equity investments and executed M&A transactions. In 2009, Cory moved to Early Warning as a Vice President, first in Corporate Development, where they evaluated growth initiatives and sourced opportunities for the company, and later in Business Line Finance, overseeing the Zelle Network.
Cory Davis holds an MBA degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, which was obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Public Policy Studies from Duke University, completing their studies from 1996 to 2000. Cory also attended Clayton High School, although specific dates and degrees obtained from there were not provided.
