David Moore

David Moore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and risk mitigation. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management and Senior Director of Product Risk at Early Warning® since January 2020, David previously held multiple leadership roles at American Express from October 2004 to June 2019. These roles included Director of Global Network Rules & Industry Engagement, where strategies were developed to enhance payment security and reduce data loss risks. Additionally, as Director of Global Network Rules, David established risk management operations to protect the American Express brand, and as Policy Manager, David created risk mitigation policies for the global bank partner program. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Software Consultant at Spherion, where David led business development and product development for the American Express account. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Sussex.
